Lo primero que debemos considerar además del espacios físico y el árbol, son los materiales para tal fabricación, es decir, las piezas de maderas, los clavos, las pistolas de clavos y una motosierra, cada uno, entre otras, indispensable para llevar a cabo tal labor.

Como toda edificación una construir una casa en un árbol tiene un protocolo que deberá cumplirse de forma  de forma secuencial, a fin de lleva a cabo con éxito esta idea.

No se hará de cualquier manera, con cualquier madera, o materiales que tengamos en casa y creando pernos o soportes como postes improvisados que en vez, de mejorar el soporte, podría generar riesgos.
