La arquitectura viva es un nuevo estilo del área arquitectónico para presentar una estética sostenible que sea compatible con la naturaleza. Es un proceso real, que lleva tiempo estudiándose y que poco a poco se vuelve palpable para una futura sociedad que desee ser parte de la arquitectura al aire libre.

¿Qué es la arquitectura viva?

Así como los costos y rentabilidad que puedan estar de por medio.
La ecología natural del planeta tierra debería ser el modelo macro de los proyectos para que los arquitectos hagan su arquitectura viva. Esta puede enfocarse en el sistema planetario para copiar el entorno verde, o natural, y hacer así un nuevo edificio, e incluso adaptar uno existente. Como principal objetivo tiene que respetar el medio ambiente, en termino de los materiales que se van a emplear, el espacio que ocupará y la eficiencia de la energía.
Criterios para que sea una arquitectura viva
Para que una arquitectura se considere ‘viva’ debe seguir algunos patrones en las técnicas y materiales que se deben emplear en la obra. Primero que nada, los arquitectos al orden de la obra tienen que ser clasificados como diseñadores naturales, es decir, conocer a detalle cómo funciona este tipo de obras, cuáles son su características, cómo emplear los materiales, dónde buscarlos, entre otras cosas. Si no consiguen estas calificaciones, no podrán demostrar de manera adecuada sus conocimiento ene l ambiente.
Sin embargo, el criterio más importante es la habilidad y experiencia de los arquitectos y constructores para realizar las obras. Puede que sepan mucho sobre el medio ambiente y la ecología del planeta, pero si no son capaces de plasmarlos para conseguir el diseño viable, es un asunto crucial.
En cuanto a la obra en general, debe ser sostenible en todos los aspectos. Desde el diseño, la consulta inicial del lugar donde se va a implementa, las visitas a los sitios hasta el enlace con los constructores para que realicen el trabajo final. En fin, todo el enfoque del proyecto tiene que ser para que la arquitectura viva sea sostenible. Lo recomendable es que tomen orientaciones de otros proyectos realizados para ir en la misma línea.
Características de la arquitectura viva
Como se mencionó anteriormente, esta arquitectura tiene que ser sostenible en todos los asuntos. Si no tiene esta característica, entonces no es arquitectura viva. Las personas que se involucran en el proyecto deben lograr por los medios ecológicos conocidos, que sea sostenible. Entre algunas de las características más importante de la arquitectura viva encontramos:
- Accesorios de plomería empleadas para que ahorren el agua donde se está realizando la obra
- El paisajismo debe incluir una vegetación nativa, no puede ser remplazada por la artificial
- La forma en que se construye debe dañar de manera mínima el hábitat natural
- Las fuentes alternativas de energía tienen que ser renovables, así como la energía solar o la eólica. En otras palabras, la energía que no provenga de la naturaleza, no puede considerarse
- Los materiales no pueden ser sintéticos, y menos tóxicos para que puedan emplearse tanto dentro como por fuera de la obra.
- La madera y la pueda que se usarán en la obra, tienen que ser obtenidas de manera local.
Importancia de la arquitectura viva
Más allá del cuidado al medio ambiente, lo realmente importante de la arquitectura viva es que es un enfoque a una nueva forma de incluir a la ciudad con el nuevo ambiente. Muchos han sido los años de historia donde el hombre ha intervenido en la naturaleza para crear las obras. Por tanto, gracias a la arquitectura viva, los materiales que se encuentran en el ámbito terrestre se emplean de manera directa para darle forma a la arquitectura.
También vale la pena aclarar que no se puede confundir la arquitectura viva con fachadas de arquitecturas cubiertas de vegetales artificiales. Esto para demostrar que se ha implementado algún elemento de la naturaleza. Así como tampoco la madera que se obtiene sea talada. Sino que se emplean de la misma forma en que se encontraron para poder darle forma a la arquitectura que queremos crear. Es una forma arriesgada y bastante metódica de emplear la arquitectura, pero también es una manera de mantener la ecología al máximo.
Si a futuro, se logra dominar la técnica por completo, no se necesitará más talar grandes bosques ni dañar el medio ambiente. Sino que se vivirá con él y conservará para cuidarlo. Que al final del día es lo que se busca.
