Las señales en una obra son utilizados para poder regular el tráfico en zonas donde se está llevando a cabo una construcción, un mantenimiento, rehabilitación o ejecución de obras viales.

Las señales de esta obra deben estar colocadas cambiando el diseño y la alineación de la vía. De igual manera deben instalarse de tal forma que los conductores tengan suficiente tiempo para observar el mensaje, reaccionar y ponerlo en práctica.

Importancia de poner señales en una obra

Para que las señales de peligro de las obras puedan  ser correctas todo el sistema debe estar coherente y transmitir credibilidad a los conductores.

Requiere de una gran formación específica para poder realizar la ejecución correcta, eso es lo que va a garantizar  seguridad a los que van a trabajar en las vías y a los conductores que pasan por estos tramos.

No basta solo con anunciar las obras de manera visible sino que también se tiene que tener en cuenta una gran señalización. Ya que si es errónea, puedo aumentar el riesgo de accidentes y colisiones en la vía.

La señalización debe estar ajustada a todas las características de las obras y a los tramos dónde se van a realizar. De igual manera debe ajustarse a las condiciones de los conductores y a la velocidad en la que circula.

Objetivos de colocar señales en una obra

El objetivo de esta señalización es informar al usuario que se está llevando a cabo una obra y ordenar la circulación en otro lugar distinto. Por lo tanto debe estar ajustada al paso de los vehículos y a las circunstancias.

Cabe destacar que no existe un modelo único de señalización de las obras, pues va a depender el plan alternativo y en las medidas como también tipo de obra que se esté realizando, la hora y el lugar.

Para que la señalización sea segura, debe de evitar accidentes, el conductor no debe sorprenderse por estas situaciones, sino que debe estar advertido y comprender fácilmente lo que está ocurriendo.

Todo va a depender de cómo se tratan las obras, si estás son fijas o móviles. Tienen que utilizarse dispositivos y elementos de señales que sigan las especificaciones de todas las normas correspondientes.

No debe emplearse señales con mensajes escritos como para disculparse por las molestias.

 

Hay que emplear el mínimo de número de las señales para que el conductor pueda prever y realizar las maniobras que sean necesarias, evitando recargar la tensión con señales innecesarias.

Señalar que se está implicando una obligación o prohibición a veces reiterar o anular antes de que haya transcurrido el tiempo. Y también cumplir con las normas de tamaño distancia, anchos, largos entre otros.

Tipos de señales que hay que poner en las obras

En las obras deben de colocarse las señales que se adecuen a la situación. Las señales reglamentarias, reglamentan las medidas, para no generar accidentes.

Y las señales informativas son las que indican con anterioridad el tipo de trabajo que se están realizando en el lugar.  Estás suelen ser de color naranja con letras negras, y de forma rectangular o de diamante.
