La circulación por las aceras y por espacios peatonales con patinete eléctrico con asiento y bicicletas está prohibido. Las personas que cometan esta infracción serán sancionadas con multa la cual puede llegar a 60 euros.
La circulación de bicicletas solo está permitida por ciclocarril que es una calle que ha sido limitada a 30 km/h. Por la cual tienen preferencias las bicicletas y pueden circular otro tipo de vehículos.
¿Qué es un carril para patinetes y bicicletas?
Un carril para patinetes y bicicletas, es una vía exclusivas para este tipo de transporte, por lo tanto está prohibida la circulación de cualquier otro vehículo. Pero en algunos ayuntamientos han permitido que los Vehículos de Movilidad puedan usar los carriles bici urbanos.
Esto le permite a patinetes y bicicletas circular por estas vías y tendrán prioridad de paso ante otros vehículos. Pero sólo cuando respeten cualquier señalización vial, debido a esto si un vehículo de motor tiene que realizar un giro debe avisar.
Esto aplica para los casos que se vean obligados a invadir el carril bici, la notificación la deben hacer con el intermitente. Además deben asegurarse de que no se acerca ninguna bicicleta.
Los vehículos de motor tienen prohibido circular, estacionar o detenerse en vías ciclistas, en los carriles bici. Tampoco lo podrán hacer en zonas que se encuentren reservadas para el estacionamiento de bicicletas.
Los peatones también tienen que respetar estos espacios y deben estar conscientes que no tendrán prioridad. Esto para los casos que decidan cruzar los carriles por una zona señalizada.
¿Cuáles son las vías bici?
Esta es una vía ciclista que tiene una señalización sobre la acera, la pista bici es una vía separada del tráfico que tiene un trazado independiente de la calzada. La senda ciclable es una vía para ciclistas y peatones, la cual está separada del tráfico y que dispone de espacios abiertos, como bosques o jardines.
¿Dónde se pueden estacionar patinetes y bicis?
Los patinetes y bicis para estacionarse pueden usar las zonas reservadas para estacionar motocicletas. Los patinetes también se pueden estacionar en los espacios de bicicletas sólo que pertenezcan a BiciMad.
Cuando no exista ninguna de estas posibilidades, pueden estacionarse en las plazas de aparcamiento ubicadas en la calzada. Estos vehículos pueden estacionarse gratis en la zona SER.
Para los casos en que no haya ninguna de estas posibilidades, pueden dejar los patinetes y bicis en la acera. Pero deben estacionarse en paralelo cerca al bordillo y tienen que dejar libres 3 metros de espacio.
Para estos casos pueden anclarse a elementos que pertenezcan al mobiliario urbano como farolas, vallas o bolardos. Pero no pueden anclarse a los bancos, elementos vegetales o marquesinas.
¿Cuáles son las prohibiciones para patinetes y bicicletas?
Los espacios reservados para los peatones y las aceras están prohibidas para circular con patinetes y bicicletas. Por estos espacios, sólo pueden circular en bicicleta los menores de 12 años, los cuales deben ir acompañados por un peatón. Los patinetes no podrán circular en ningún caso.
Está prohibido circular por autopistas, carriles bus-taxi y autovías, al igual que usando dispositivos móviles o bajo los efectos de alcohol o estupefacientes.
